1. General policy

All products sold by G-code & Engineering Mart are digital (G‑code libraries, project templates, Digital Twin packages, etc.). Because digital files cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product.

2. When a refund is available

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Non‑delivery – You paid for the product but did not receive a download link within 24 hours, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

  • Corrupted or defective file – The downloaded file is unreadable, incomplete, or does not match the description, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

  • Duplicate charge – You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.

3. When a refund is NOT available

Refunds are not provided in these situations:

  • You purchased the wrong product (please double‑check product descriptions before ordering).

  • You changed your mind after downloading the files.

  • The product does not work with your specific machine, controller, or software version (unless our description explicitly promised compatibility).

  • You lost your downloaded files after the 7‑day access period expired.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to jason.handke@mail.com with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST – [Your Order Number]

  2. Include the following:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for request (non‑delivery, defective file, duplicate charge)

    • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

5. Processing time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
